1. DEFINITIONS

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

• To register for an account on our website or mobile application, User provides certain personal details (including name, address, email address, phone number, password etc.) ("Personal Data").
• We require User's Personal Data in order to verify their identity and age, as well as to provide secure access to the site.
• The security of user accounts is maintained by Betsafe through industry-accepted methods.

6. GAMING RULES

• All games offered on our website or mobile application are subject to rules.
• Player's win/loss balance for each game can be found in their account details and will be settled with payment or credit applied according to the specific rules of that game.
• Players agree not to engage in any form of collusive behaviour, including but not limited to placing bets with other players on an event and using this method for unfair advantage.

7. PAYOUT LIMITATIONS

Betsafe reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw or limit a payout due to suspicious activity on User's account or where we reasonably suspect that a payout has been requested in breach of these Terms and Conditions, our policies or applicable law.

11. NO WARRANTY

    Betsafe does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times; however Betsafe makes every effort to maintain a high level of reliability and efficiency on its system.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• We are not responsible in any way for User's participation in, or results obtained from gaming activities.
• Our liability arising out of these Terms is limited to damages directly caused by our intentional act/omission that would render us liable under law if proven as such.

13. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Betsafe reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify or amend any provision in this Agreement including these Terms and Conditions, without notice.By continuing use of Betsafe's services after modification or amendment has taken effect User confirms their acceptance to be bound by updated provisions.

14. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed according to the laws.
